Just wondered does it actually make a difference to the feel of a cue if it is machine or hand spliced just i've seen a few professionals with hand spliced recently.
Most cues are hand spliced there days but i don't see why. Theres butterfly spliced too like mikes sharks. Certainly on a 3/4 it shouldn't make any difference because both have solid ebony butts. I actually quite like the look of machine spliced, as long as they meet in points \/ rather than like \_/
