I have played with both TC and Super Cristalate. TC are better IMO. They seem a bit heavier and much more easier to play with. Don't know why but I seem to get much more kick and bad contacts with cristalate onesYou cannot improve your game if you don't have a cue and snooker table

Noel Looked at those £30 balls on the link you provided. Are they worth buying or would I be best paying a bit more for Aramith? I heard the Aramith kept their colour and were less likely to chip. I'm not looking for perfection just good value for money. Any thoughts?

Possibly they would spread around easier on the heavy club table cloths I play on and also I was thinking that I could control a lighter white easier? Am I way out?

the Pro Tournament are the only way to go... and they should last a lifetime.
The lesser quality Club balls are meant to be serviceable in an environment where they will be bashed around,
knocked off tables, dropped and possibly stolen.
Aramith is one of the leading ball-makers in the world... their technology for very close tolerances in mice and track balls
and in other high-tech areas is top drawer.

PS... if you shop around you'll find way better pricing I'm sure

I'm not saying that they ARE heavier. Only when you hit the TC they seem to be heavier as you have better feel. IN terms of playability I think that TC are way better then cristalate ones. And it seems easier to spread around TC. Also the screw shots are much easier to play with TC.
But this is only my opinionYou cannot improve your game if you don't have a cue and snooker table
