Hi.
I want to know how you guys cope with the anger and frustration when having a bad day or a bad period...
after missing an easy one, and than a few more.. im starting to get realy frustrated and start to scream at myself and walking around the room looking to kick something. basically going into a "snooker tilt" which is just getting me to play realy bad. and that causes even more frustration..
what do u guys do to avoid this situation?
do u just accept it that ur having a bad day or time and keep on playing as if nothings happening?
maybe packing your stuff and leaving the club??
