oh, if its a 3/4 then yes, id recomend it for a beginner. excellent cue to begin with. nice weight, so u dont hav to force shots to get power, good enuff wood so u can get to feel the shot, but over time, youll realise where its faults are. but thats when u start developing more experience. great begineer cue, for that price, i say go nuts

i ont know much about thier cheaper cues..

but this is the cue i bought from them back in august last year...
              http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/JXA2-4pcs-EBON...item2302c5ae21

i have had no problems what so ever with the cue or extensions, and the only problem i have had with the case is having to put some big padlocks onto it as some tealeaf in my club broe into the case and used my cue, then put it back with damaged clasps...

the cue itself is very nicely balanced, is definitely hand spliced and is proper wood not painted or ebonized, and most importantly plays very well

the one thing i would do as soon as you get it though... get rid of te crap tip that is on it and get a decent one put on in place and you will have a decent cue that will last you for a while at a decent price...

              forgot to add...

and i have been offered £150 for my cue and shown the money for it yet refused to take it as i like te cue myself....

completely agree with the tip. wonder why they just dont chuck an elk on. make life so much easier for everybody (unless theyve managed to make their own for less than the cost of an elk)

it sh;ld go to ur paypal adress. shipping depends on wat u paid for. if u pay for express shipping, itll come within 3 to 5 days.

also, stick to elk master tips for beginners. hard tips can be difficult for beginners. with elks, play with them. at first they all seem ok, then u realise only 1 in 3 r really good. but thatll come with experience =]

well the fastest shipping takes upto 5 working days (mon-fri) so if it was dispatched on monday, then, u can hope it comes in today. if not, it shouldnt b too long.

poatage auto to your paypal address, unless you specifically ask for a different one

for the tip either an elk master or a blue diamond will do you for now... i currently have GBL tip on mine and they are bloody lovely

I use a Mike Wooldridge Supertip and its great ! every single one of them are like that unlike elks which can be a bit of a hit and miss..
