  • Need help!

Hi, I am new to the game have been playing about a couple of months.
I need help with my cue. When i am playing the shaft gets sticky regularly and i usually don't have a cue towel with me.
Is there any way to solve this?

    Thanks :snooker:

You can use the glove temporarily, the cue will slide better on the bridge.

        Is your cue lacquer?
You can try to use very fine grade of sandpaper. It might helps
Get a linth free cloth and wipe your cue everytime after you play.
        Wash your hand

        Cheers

          Thanks for your reply
I am going to use fine grade sand paper to see if it improves
and i am also going to get a cloth

          Thanks :snooker:

Paint stripper works a treat if you're cue is varnished, then finish off with raw linseed oil or beewax whatever you prefer.

Yes it takes it right back to the bare wood without losing any thickness to the shaft.

It's always nice to have a bare wood shaft
