    Hi all.

Is there any way I can watch Snooker Tournaments Live from the internet? (Live streaming)

I would prefer if it was free of charge as well...

    Thanks!

Also, EuroSport on TV is not an option (as it is in Satellite TV for my country)

I asked this same question over in the Snooker Lounge. There are many websites that stream the major tournaments.

I know the EBSA European events aren't pro. But I've just arrived in Malta and can confirm that 6 tables will have live streaming on them (technicalities permitting!)

There will be some names familiar to people in the European Team championships, like Darren Morgan, Lee Walker, Kristjan Helgason, Lasse Munstermann, Brynjar Valdimarsson, Alex Borg, to name but a few
That event gets under wayon morning of 24 March.

Following that is the European under19s where Luca Brecel is defending his title and players such as Anthony McGill, who has, all but, secured his place on the Main Tour next season.

I'll post details and links here when I know them and all the events will be covered in depth on Global Snooker.

                This is incredible.

How and why can anyone expect snooker to be live streamed for free?

Doesnt seem so ridiculous to me
I watched a heap of all the ranking events and pretty much all of the world championship last season all for free on the internet, you just have to know where to look.
When you live in Aust or NZ free live streams on the internet are the only option if you want to watch live snooker, although i would have gladly paid for the eurosport player long ago if it was available outside of europe and the UK.

Bet365.com has a good free live stream of the championship league, you have to sign up to the site but it doesnt cost anything.

MyP2P.eu which is a peer to peer site streams everything for free from Spanish and champions league football to snooker, nba, nhl, pool, tennis etc. You may have to download sopcast or whatever but believe me when I say that two hat-tricks by messi in 3 games and pretty much any sport whenever its on makes this site an absolute must.

What I wonder is where these streaming sites get their feeds. For instance, this myp2p.eu site sounds grand, but for the world snooker championships, will they be streaming BBC coverage, or do they have some other feed? For major sporting events in the US, a certain television channel will normally get the exclusive rights. So any feed on-line must originate from that channel.
