hi all...
i have just started to play snooker playing my 3 game this week which i won... anyway i want a Cue
but dont want to splash out too much, looking to spend £30ish dont mind buying new or secondhand, but what do i go for, i have no idea....

anyone have anything or can you recommend something....

Or order a Parris Ultimate for £500 and sell it on Flea bay for £1000 then you'll have a £530 to spend an a nice cue and leather case

Its important to get the basics right first , ie nice firm bridge , solid stance , delivering the ceu straight and smooth , keeping still , etc .

Once you do the basics correct you can practice potting angles and positional play to get the feel of the white amongst the balls .

There,s so many aspects to snooker that you will learn but i,d start with the basics first .

There are some coaches on here who may give you better advise than me which will be ideal for a beginer .

I brought a similar cue to those you mentioned on ebay and i have had no problems and really get on well with it and i play for a team on quite a high level.

Couldn't agree more, a mate of mine got one 4 years ago, fantastic value for money, A great finish, and hits the ball really well, I would defo save up a bit more and go with the victor! :snooker:
