Don't get bogged down in the high break stuff. It doesn't matter. I'd rather have a fun 20 than a miserable 90!
Oh, and that's a bad miss.

GBL cues are good. If you contact stu@greenbaize.com and give him your exact requirements, he will help you.
Oh, and that's a bad miss.

Another publication is the Sussex Referees Association, "Rules of the Games Of Snooker & English Billiards", which has explanatory notes. This publication is made up of A4 sheets which get replaced (FOC) when there is a rule change. Contact Derek Budde, again via World Snooker or the EASB.

                Hi Ronnies Son,

I used to struggle with timing many years ago until I had coaching. My coach got me to do 5 even and steady strokes before striking the cue ball on the 5th forward swing. This helped me a lot at the time. Now that I am a more experienced player I've found my own natural rythm and tend to do feathers (i.e. baby strokes) prior to one mid to long back-swing and then stike the cue ball. This is what works for me - but might not be right for yourself.

Try the 5 strokes and strike on the 5th forward-swing. Might help you find a rythm for yourself.

But the best advice is get a coach to look at you and listen to his advice. There's a fair few coaches on here that can probably explain it better than I have. Good luck. Keep us posted on how you do....:snooker:
