        Good Day, Blanchon,

I have been there numerous times. I think this might help.
I think that you must work on your confidence, when you practice you probably dont worry about making a shot and are not battling with yourself about the possabilities of missing. During a match you are.! If you work on your confidence in practice, dont shoot until you are perfectly sure you are going to make, not sure get up and try again. This builds confidence that you will be able to use when you need it. Think positive in practice, play positive in the game, take your time and convince yourself that you will succeed. Its all about positive thinking during practice and the game ( Enforce your confidence in practice, dont just knock the balls in without making a decision about the possibilities of making it or missing it) Slow and calculated in practice vice smooth and thoughtless.
        Hope this helps,
        Good Luck mate,
        Cheers,

I try hard, play hard and dont always succeed, at first.!!!!:snooker:
