Has there ever been a player who has only ever spent one season on the Main Tour, and in that time, failed to win a single match?

I think that swedish top player Farhan Mirza qualified for the Main Tour some years ago, but got a serious illness so that he was unable to participate in any matches. He was living in Pakistan at the time.
