    has a new rule come in meaning players arent allowed to ask for the cueball to be cleaned??
    or have i misunderstood something said in commentary today?!...

    They are not allowed to clean any balls themselves. Not sure what Dennis Taylor said in commentary, you are the second person querying this.
    Oh, and that's a bad miss.

      to be honest, i wasnt fully focused on what was being said its just what i caught. we all know what dennis can be like for just expecting you to know what he's talking about though!....

            Players are allowed to Ask to get the Cue Ball Cleaned.....But Not Allowed to do it themselves!!

              Yes, you must always get someone else to clean your balls. I think it's a good rule
