I have dealt with John Parris over the years on the phone only, one for a repair (old wood joint cracked, changed to a brass) and the work was done ahead of schedule, and a couple of times to replace the ferrule and tips, again done quickly and returned promptly. He has always been very pleasant and helpful.
I have sent emails to Trevor White a few times and he has always been prompt with email replies and supplied superb information.
I have a Dan Shelton cue on order, I meet him personally and we had a very informative, meeting of minds, and got on great. Dan also was very prompt with responding to email queries and happy to advise me on my needs.
I am aware that Dan is relocating but unfortunately he has not responded to any emails or calls.
The deadline for the cue has not been reached yet (but not long to go) and I am getting worried, about him personally as well as my cue/money
If anyone has contact or recent contact with him, I would be grateful to know anything.
            All the best
