Game rule question

What if a colour ball is pot while there is a foul during the same strike and there is no more red ball? Should we replace the ball on the table?

if you mean its down to yellow thru to black, then if you pot and foul yes the colour is replaced, value of colour 4 -7 point foul

Let me see if I have your question correct.

2 reds left on the table. Player A pots a red. He then goes for the green. In potting the green, he also pots the (final) red. The green will be re-spotted, but the red will stay off of the table. The player would score one point for potting the red, but give 4 points to his opponent for the foul on the green.
