I think it's time for some maintenence on my cue, some questions :)

Thanks for the heads up guys, got my cue back today after a session and turns out it is varnished, not a sticky varnish though just a smooth one (if there is a difference), i'll sand it all down and use the linseed, it will be less shinier but smoothness is the better option for me

Remove all the varnish is the way forward.

Update: Sanded all the cue down and the butt, didn't get any before photos I forgot but i'll express what changes in a few days (going to put 4 coats on), going to polish up the joints as well with the wire wool, seen as I bought it
