No don't give up bud..... you'll soon fall back in love with the game when things start to click!!

How about going seeing a coach local to where you play??
Or maybe if possible post up a video of yourself playing and there's plenty of great coaches on here that will give you good advice on where to go next....!!

I dont really get much chance to play because of money issues and coaches are not cheap too

Dont give up mate, try a different look at what your goals are if any. choose little goals like making a break that your more than capable of making and then raise your goal's slowly from there.... Small steps may get your mind back engaged and remember it's YOUR game so try to enjoy it..
          Easy on the garlic....

Check out Cazmac's Del Hill videos on YouTube. You desperately need to learn some 'dummies'.

My personal take on this? i will watch alot of youtube videos of my fave player...and somehow it just sparks my engine and i will go down to the club and feel even more motivated....No one starts out potting 147 straight...just keep practicing...even pros will face moments like this..

I will repeat the sentiment here, do not give it up
Watching videos is very good but there is nothing like having a personal one2one.
You may be surprised, some very good coaches are not that expensive, a single 2 hours session could be £30/£50ish and (speaking from experience ) very well worth the effort and you will reap the benefits and start enjoying and playing the game again.
A few years ago, my wife was asked by her parents what to get me for Xmas, she was not that sure but they came up with a surprise for me - a nice amount of money for a coaching session with Wayne Griffiths (not the cheapest I know but... it was a present ) and after that one-off 2hour session my game changed for the better (much better)!
So maybe get your family to chip in for a coaching fund.
You do not say where about you live, I am sure many on here will give you some ideas as to coaches near you.
                Don't give up :snooker:

                  +1 all the above

Also have been playing a lot? If so a short break might be an idea, rather than giving up. When I get really hacked off with the game, I take a break. I am usually itching for a game after about a week!
Oh, and that's a bad miss.
