What are your thoughts on this and how would it be best to correct your line of cueing?

The Site Rite is not a bad device and what is recommended is a turn of the head one way or the other to get the lines of sight straight. However, when I tried it I saw 3 lines because my right eye is so bad and it didn't help me at all no matter what I did with my head
