Who wins this frame?

At the end of a frame I am 5 points ahead of my opponent with just the pink and black on the table. I pot the pink so I guess I have won the frame. I then pot the black and go in-off. I am now just 4 points ahead of my opponent if he gets 7 points for this foul. Have I already won the frame after potting the pink? Have I won in spite of the foul because my points are still higer than his after it or are the black and white placed back on the table?

The 1st pot or foul on the final black ends the frame, UNLESS by your foul the scores are now tied, in which case you would play a re-spotted black. In your case tho your foul still meant you were in front so all's good
