    hi
for that kind of price , i would say : go for chinese stuff
i recently bought on ebay a couple of jian ying cues , they came in perfect condition , straight and pretty weel finished . the most expensive one cost me 39 pounds , shipping included !!!!!
it was a set including mini butt , telescopic extension and ( really cheap ) aluminium case
of course these cues are not the best ones ever but they play nicely ( except the fact that they are way too heavy and balance point do not suit my game )and it's impossible to get a better deal
they are handspliced and not painted like crap from riley or bce budget cues
search on ebay for a seller called snerker
and take care , snooker is like drug
