Have just checked the rules and there are 2 occasions where the player gets awarded the total of the balls remaining:

    1) when aggregate scores are in operation.
    2) when the frame is awarded to a player under penalty e.g. for ungentlemanly conduct.

It can't have been aggregate scores as pro events don't use aggregate scores but ungentlemanly conduct is a possibility if the concession was made when the conceding player could still win i.e. they did NOT need a snooker. I didn't see the frame in question.

Were snookers required when the concession was made?

I think Terry is bringing up rules of default

I believe for strictly statistical purposes but perhaps I'm confusing the aggregate scoring rule or the default rule.

If it was 32 points without any fouls involved then their score is impossible, as there's no way to add 32 points. It might be this gaming company uses some sort of scoring rule at end of frame to lessen their chances of paying out.

If it was me I'd see if I could find the frame on video and then contact the company and ask them where the aggregate betting rules are posted so I'd know in the future. If they use the remaining balls added to the winner's score then it's almost impossible to win a bet unless the frame goes into the colours.

I'd definitely argue with them as it should be balls potted for scoring

Surprised of these rules. The score that stands should be the points on the board when the referee officially awards the frame. I can't see any rules on bet365 mentioning that the scores are added regarding the points remaining. A bit unfair tbh.

However, even though if this rule is correct, the betting rules should be read.

It seems that this bet is No Win.

It's also worth pointing out that if you can't take losing, you shouldn't gamble.

I don't understand this. Then, betting for under 100 is definitely a big gamble in today's snooker where a player can easily knock a 60-odd, force his opponent to concede and get the remaining points awarded.
                Confusing for me.
So, only messed up frames will eventually end up below 100 point mark, right?

This may be only a one-off mistake by the on-line betting company as it seems pretty far fetched that they would award any unpotted balls to the winner of the frame and therefore there would almost never be a frame with under 100 points scored unless is was a real safety battle with all the colours safe throughout the frame and few colours potted.

However, since it's very hard to put one over on a betting site or casino or bookie for that matter I would certainly check on the rules before I bet as they ARE in the business of making money, and not for the punter either, who always has the odds stacked against him

However, I think Stephen Lee might be a good bet for his next match as he seems to be doing the business right now

Ronnie will always do well against the likes of Mark because he is at his best against a mark Williams/Matt Stevens type of fluent player because they play at roughly the rhythm he does
