Peradon and Fletcher Match Cue, Help?

Sorry, if I have posted this in the wrong thread or it's previously been mentioned, but this is my first post, on here. Anyway, I recently became in possesion of a "the match cue, by Peradon and Fletcher LTD England" I've tried to do a bit of research on other sites, but with no success. However, I have been informed, that the people on this forum, know a thing or two, so I was Wondering if you could explain some History about it, and what it was worth when it originally came out, and todays price? if you do a search for posts with Fletcher you do come up with a few hits, from what I can see they are not worth a lot, but as always is mentioned on here, a cue that works for you and you play well with is priceless
