Andy Travis (here on TSF) is up in Sheffield and the work probably wont take long.
I think Robin may not be taking any other work on, I heard he has closed the book on new orders.
Obviously there are others that can easily do the work as well.
          Up the TSF! :snooker:

i believe Robin is still doing alterations/repairs but indeed the new orders are on hold.

              I recommended robin because

1/ The thread specifically says the closer the better.

The fact Robin is top class is an added bonus.

Steve, in follow up. Any cue maker can add the joint for you but nearest to us is stamford area or Tony Glover is around Derby.

Glover would turn it around for you in no time and last time I was in his workshop he had a dozen Peradons for sale so he's probably familiar with the cues.

I am in Burton Latimer mate.

I am asking for £25 for the joint, mini and tele ext. I am guessing that Robin or most cue makers for that matter will charge round £10-15 to fit joint but I suggest you check these costs first.

When you get to 10 posts, you can give me a PM.

The bit which goes into cue is generally referred to as a "joint".

I have this part as well as the mini butt and tele extension. I have everyhing you need, what your require Robin/cue maker for is for the joint to be fitted to your cue.

Hope that makes sense and sure for the game.
