        That's it. They will never reply. Some guy from WIM marked my eMails as a spam. I found that link in mail which was returned to me from aol.com:

        I have never experienced such a rude behavior in my life. I am disgusted.
        I would like to thank You to everyone of You for kind help. Any new are higly appreciated. Thx.

          Can I suggest that anybody having problems first write to

          PO Box 147
          Daventry
          Northants
          NN11 5FD
          England


          If you have no reply for one month, then write to;

          Steve Major
          Wheels in Motion Snooker Managements Ltd
          4 Cameron Close
          NN11 9HX
          Daventry

          If again no luck after one month, contact your local trading standards (You can get a link from your local county council website) and also watchdog - www.bbc.co.uk/watchdog

          If you can all also write a letter and PM it to me with your order details and a contact email address I will pass them onto Matthew Stevens, I am sure he will sort out any problems for you.

            Oh, very sorry to hear that. You've already payed for your order? By a credit card? If so, can you call to your bank and ask to cancel your payment as you never got your ordered thing?

                The site is up and running! I meant to tell you that before China Open it went down but during the tournament was back on the net.

                  Hi, I know the site is back. Unfortunatelly they are ignoring my eMails. The even marked one of my eMail as a spam. This is not acceptable behavior from their side.

                      Can everybody please PM me with their name, order number, date of order, destination country and anything you would like to say to Wheels in Motion!

                      I am taking this one step further for you but I need this info to make that next step. If my cunning plan works which I see no reason why it shouldn't then you will all be hearing form Wheels in Motion within a week.

                          I just need some disappointed customer details to goto them with otherwise there is no point in approaching them as I will have nothing to confront them with and I have a very small window to do this too!
