Hi all can anyone tell me if snooker and English billiard balls are the same size and weight. Cheers blueboy

Yes they are. Both 52.5mm or 2 1/16"

I believe in the olden days there was a difference but not now.

I saw a Steve Davis shorty when he was at Thurston/Clare museum where the size we have now used to be the smallest allowable size. Did not hear what the largest size allowed was though.
