Another daft question 147 break

Today the first frame started with a free ball situation and obviously that led to the chance of a 155, but a few pinks and lower colours were taken and I was wondering if there were an extra prize for a 147 break and that's what you ended up getting would it count even though it was a sixteen red situation, or even just for your stats would that count as a 147 break if you know what I mean.

I would imagine the wording of the small print probably refers to a 'maximum' break and therefore nothing other than a normal 147 or a 155 would count for the prize. I may well be wrong though.

Yes it would have to be a 147 without a free ball, or a 155 with a free ball.

The 147 with a free ball and a few pinks would still qualify for the high-break prize, of course, but not the max prize.
