Ball Markers

I already have two ball markers, but, does anyone know where to purchase the markers I've seen the pro refs use?
I know that Eirian Williams had his specially made by a friend. I am particularly after the clear perspex/glass type which I've seen Michaela Tabb use.
Also, a newly qualified referee has asked where I got my tournament triangle from. Fortunately, I got mine second hand from a retired ref. So, in order to help a mate, where can he buy the tournament triangle from?

I think the triangles are available from our club's shop in Bournemouth. Greenbaize snooker club and snooker shop, (01202) 525061.
