The club has 3 tables mate and a Saturday would be no good mate

You would really need to do it on a weekend to get maximum entrants with 3 tables a your disposal you
could pretty much choose any format as you going to be able to get plenty of games played a should be able
to keep it to a one day comp. Dont aim to high try for 16 players 1st round 8 matches best of 3 that will leave you with 8
going through and 8 out quarter final 4 matches best of 3 play it on 2 tables semis best of 5 still 2 tables final best of 5.

I said go down to 2 tables after the 1st round becuse onthe other table you could start a mini 6 red compfor the 1st round losers
straight draw 8 down to4 down to 2 just one frame 6 red shoot out final best of 3.

Try and work something out with the steward if your bring him custom who will be drinking maybe
he will sort you a deal do they charge by the hour or have a meter that takes coins.

Yes club has a meter £1 half hour
