And then the "artist's" neighbour is suing him as he says he came up with the idea!
Thought you were going to say it had been stolen and their claiming millions in compensation,

I don't know anything about art, but Tracey Emin's bed is nearly 25 years ago and people still mention it. Same as Damien Hurst's stuff. They've done something right to have any kind of impact/legacy.

Folk still talk about Hitler, I wasn't a big fan of his stuff either, although to be fair, he did make a big impact.

Hitler dabbled with painting himself, he didn't understand modern art and the third reich went about destroying works that didn't make sense to him, or maybe they did and he didn't like the messages they gave.
I think this is rather good and very apt considering

but don't try to get yourself elected, for if you do you'll have to cut your hair

Yep that's why I picked him, I don't think his paintings were considered very good, although I don't know, even if they were brilliant, that the establishment could ever give him any credit for them as he went on to spoil his CV a wee bit

I have two like these that I found on Etsy, framed them and put them up in my snooker shed. One of Jimmy's 147 against Drago in 1992 and one of Ronnie's 5 minute 147.

Both interesting images and maybe a local artist could create a full reproduction. Maybe there are websites where you can tender work and artists will respond if they can do it and the damage. If a few people here agreed so the artist makes a few copies it should make it a bit easier on the purse strings. I know when it comes to art the cost shouldn't be the main factor but it's still a factor. I played Jeremy in the play Three Birds Alighting On A Field I know about this stuff. Or Should that be I think I know about knowing about this stuff?

I love Tracey Emin and not as an artist but as a person and glad to see her returning to good health. She always seems good natured in interviews and to be honest I think she's fit She has said she's not interested in money and that shows in her wealth because she's still a multi millionaire but it's a drop in the ocean compared to people like Damian Hurst so it shows she has not spent her life demanding top dollar.
