Not quite sure what you mean.

Do you just mean the current list (here) put in an excel spreadsheet?

yep just select that listing (and only the listing) on the Web page linked above and paste to excel. it should align ok

with a mouse start at top left of the listing, click and hold left mouse and scroll down to the bottom right, release mouse button
keyboard keys ctrl+c to copy
go to Excel
select cell you wish to start the top left
ctrl+v to paste

Thanks for that lads but I meant the individual points from each player for each tournament. I had them all up to last week but I sent my laptop to get fixed and when it returned it was gone.

World Snooker site does not list the breakdown per tournament; try Hermund's site, for the rolling 2-year:

Sorry, but on Excel right now I've just a list with the points of last and this season.
