You just track down his da and ask him! He seems to be very much the Proud Father, as he talked a bit about Blaine during the Pot Black interview with Hazel and JP.

Ok, I'm upping it now. To find it - simply search for "MTFH" in an hour or so. It takes a while to upload and yet another while for Youtube to actually index it.

I'm not sure if it IS the interview with Stephen from China that Sam was referring to (with the kidney-shaped snookery interview table), but I've got one from 2006 where I think he mentions Blaine too. Upping it now. Again, search for MTFH

was nice to see some footage of young Stephen & John at Junior Pot Black too, the look on Stephen's face as he talks of Blaine and the way he describes how he remembers all his defeats... an incredible snooker player indeed (a cliché, i know but what can u say? the man's a legend)

yeah, the one with kidney-shaped snookery interview table was the one i was referring too & if i remember correctly it was in 2005 but i appreciate the 2006 one nonetheless

No idea. Was wondering whether anyone else knew? I know it was a couple of years ago now but that is about it.
We might have to use the old 'process by elimination' now!!

One way to narrow it down is to see if this tournament he was interviewed in was in Scotland? It would make sense since they live in Scotland, unless Blaine traveled to England or elsewhere.

There was something about him last year during the UK Champs, if I recall correctly. That's about it that I remember too. I still say getting hold of Stephen and asking him is the easiest way. Semih?

i think i remember it....they showed a video, and they also had Blaine playing on the table, knocking in a few balls. i think Hazel was in the studio. from memory it was last Season sometime, i think.

i know Blaines been at PL matches, but cant remember this tournament
