It was definately from 2006 sometime,
I don't remember anything about Blaine being shown before the Quarter Finals of the UK Championships (then again, I may have missed it), I stopped watching it after Ronnie walked out as I was feeling bitter.

I think the best thing to do here, is to narrow it down using the school term. Well we have to start somewhere.
The world championships are during the school term so it is not likely to be there. I also think it is likely to be one where Stephen got quite far.
Any more ideas anyone?

It might be a possibility that the tournament was in Scotland, and if it was then it might have been during the school term (as it wouldn't have been too far).

I agree with you on the idea that it's probably one where Stephen got quite far in the tournament.. surely there weren't too many of them last year (Sorry Stephen!)

I think we just need to get someone in the audience during one of Stephens matches, and just shout out and ask :]

We're not being a nusiance to him at all Anastasia. We are simply enquiring as to whether he is any good and/or what he is presently doing.
Besides there is nothing wrong with popularity - we are after all supporting Blaine all the way!!

But you must understand that we are not shouting or demanding information about Blaine. We want to know because we are prepared to support him like we have supported his father for years. There is nothing wrong with that; I am not prepared to be treated like I am talking or doing something wrong here.

Well, currently whilst watching the Masters before the Hendry vs Selby match there was a video about Stephen, but I only caught the end of it. They were showing a few photos of Blaine and Carter and he said something about Blaine but I missed most of it.

In the Times today there was an article about Stephen, mentioned that Blaine was in a Pontins under 11's tournament too.
