I've searched through and couldn't really find an answer to this. I'm just an amatuer, 16 year old lad who likes to play a bit at home on my half-size table, occasionally going out to play on a full-size table. Anyway I bought myself a cheap cue for about £20 about a year ago, just to have something better than the cheap battered things that came with my table . Anyway my problem is my cue's become very "sticky" I think is the right word. When I go out and play, I can pick up a very smooth cue which slides accross my hand very easily, my cue doesn't do this and can often stick. I'm just asking for an easy method to improve the state of my cue to try and get it back to the smooth surface it had when I bought it. Suggestions for protecting it in future are welcome, but to be honest its a bit late for that now and I need a fix
