Is this any good, bearing in mind i like pool and snooker.

I just want a bit of light reading, i can't get it without subscribing and i don't want to subscribe to a load of rubbish.

Yes I'd recommend Cue Sport as well... good balance between snooker and pool information, nothing too heavy, lots of information and reuslts right across the game, from around the world.

I may be biased of course because they use a lot of GCS photos!!
(but so does Snooker Scene!)

On the website it says £22 for 9 issues. Is this for 9 months worth or is that to cover the whole year?

CueSport, at the moment, is published nine times a year. During the close season they have a double issue every two months.
