It isn't so much the table as the cloth. I'm assuming it's full size.
If you intend to practice on it 6 -8 hours a day (as the pros do) and compete in tournaments, you will need a relatively fast cloth. This will then mean you will have to replace the cloth at regular intervals (not a cheap option).
However, if it is just for playing as a hobby, then you will not need such a fast cloth. This may put you at a disadvantage though, if you decide to enter competitions, where the matches will almost certainly be played on tables with faster cloths.
I have not heard of the make. Finally, whatever make of table you buy, ensure that it is situated in a level position, brushed and ironed regularly and kept covered when not in use.
You are only the best on the day you win.

I'm not that well versed on cloths. I think Strachan is the cloth used at most, if not all, professional tournaments. What table/cloth combination the pros use for practice I really do not know. Riley's are one of the major table manufacturers. Your best bet is to try and get to one of the World Snooker tournaments and see if you can get to talk to one of the players. Difficult I know, but at least you'll get an idea.
You could also try World Snooker (http://www.worldsnooker.com) or place another post to see if there are any pros or top amateurs on forum who could give you advice. I am merely a Grade 1 referee (snooker).
