Rule: foul play

This may be a basic question but I am not sure of the answer.

If a player going for a red misses and hits the blue ball first and then the black ball, is the foul score a 5 or a 7?

Any help would be appreciated.

It will only be 5 points

Its 5! In case the black goes into a pocket, its 7.
