how to level a full size snooker table

i had my own table up until i moved in november . i had clairs of liverpool (peradon) put it up i never had a single problem.is it on a solid floor ?

the floor is concrete every 3 months also i have to level it

i think the best thing to do is get a pro to do it

i had a pro do it about 4 times stays level for about 3 months then goes out

are there extremes in temperature....ie expansion and contraction

or is it a constant temerature

the make of the table is Karnehm & Hillman,are they any good
