Hi Keith: What is best an available to the common person to protect the butt if it is beginning to wear. I want to protect the multi-splices.
        Thanks

I guess the only way I can describe it is that the cue has been used alot and whatever it might have been sealed with may be gone or worn off.

Linseed Oil. Apply lightly and leave to dry overnight. Then wipe clean with damped cloth. Every few months if playing/transporting in cold weather times. My experience
              It's in the Shaft
