Which I missed by a mile. So my only chance to make a break was shattered to pieces.
it was a break of 1 point, BC

I had a decent angle to play off the black and splitt a pack of about 10 reds. Played the shot and the black jawed and hung over the pocket - meanwhile one of the reds travelled out of the pack and up the table between yellow and brown and then back down where it cannoned another red which knocked the black in and left a nice red for my next shot!

I think you want to work on using a bit less pace when splitting the pack!

Second this, it was not a spectacular fluke but the end result that came from it.

had many myself. lets see. I played the pink, missed the pot, and the white ended up exactly in between the black and the jaw of the pocket. The cueball was positioned in such a way my mate could never hit the pink from there. and won the frame and match because of the foul.

I played a guy who fluked 3 blacks in a 41 break! His previous high break was 23!

well i lost that match anyway, but is it the chip that is the foul?

it depends if the red was on without the chip or not.

I like the way players apologise for flukey positional shots. It isn't a full fledged apology but a half raising of the hand.

My best fluke, was in ,q final of a tounament. Final two balls, at 2 frames all .
Black on its own spot , pink 6 inches from yellow pocket, cue ball near pink spot , I over cut pink, and left it over the yellow pocket , the cue ball came straight down the table, clipped the black , which went into jaws of right black pocket , the cue ball went back up the table potting pink .

Bill Werbeniuk for me when he jumped the white and potted the long red, Joe Johnson did not look impressed though
After 15 reds and 15 blacks i did this http://youtu.be/DupuczMS2o4

Shame the Pythons didn't ever, AFAIK, do a skit about flukes... I can just hear all you, I mean, us old gits outdoing each other like this...
