  • updated tournament stats ?

Ronnie will be narrowing the gap on Steve Davis's tally if he wins tonight.

Has anyone got any further udates than the below, which is updated to the Welsh open 2008 ? (if the Staman or anyone can confirm, as in another section which includes ronnies 2008 w/c win - the stats are the same ?)

(Ideally looking for up to the end of the last season)

Actually I think they might be updated but I just haven't deleted that paragraph! I will check tomorrow but I have a feeling the Worlds was Ronnie's 20th ranking tournament, in which case they are dead up to date

In fact I se the 'last edit' time on that post is 9th May so I'm sure it is fully up to date.

But I will still check tomorrow.

        Thanks Statman.

So even if Ronnnie's tally will tonight go to 21 and not 22, it's looking increasingly likely that he will at least get very close to Davis, possibly even surpass him, by the end of his career.

He seems to be pretty driven this week. I wonder if all these tournament win records, and also centuries made records are of any interest to him. I suspect they are, especially now that it looks possible he could do some damage on these.

I dont think he will ever surpass Hendry's title haul but he's quite likely to beat his centuries tally if he carries on at this rate. He seems to make every effort to get the centuries now, a few years ago he wouldnt always be bothered.
