That's really sad to hear. I like many Snooker fans found Pot Black to be enjoyable and at times lighthearted. Hope it make a return again sometime soon.

At least its one less to predict. . Nice one off, but not really bothered about it. Its does show in a way WSA are not really showing any consistency in their policies. It has been on and off like a traffic light.
To be quite honest, it may be a fun tournament, but in these tough times for the game the WSA should be concentrating more on providing more tournaments that look after all the players' interests. (ie. ranking tournaments!). Yes Pot Black was a bit of fun, but it was for top players only. Top players already have the Masters and other invitationals. World Snooker must do more to look after their lower ranked players.
