My uncle was recently given a JP Mannock cue which had been locked away in a Conservative club for about 40 years seemingly without an owner.
Looks in good condition and a friend has told me they are worth around £500.
Is this a wind up or are these cues worth anything?
I have never noticed a pro using one, the wood is almost pink in colour and doesn't look like either ash or maple to me.
