The minimum end pockets can be is 8.57cm and alledgedly the max is 9.21cm. Middle pockets are min - 10.32cm and max - 11.75cm

I would say most tournament Riley Aristocrat tables are spot on the 8.57 but the cut of the pockets will be quite narrow making them play tighter.

Table 9 at the northern snooker centre in Leeds (the match table) probably has the tightest end pockets i've ever played on, but it's not impossible to play on and make breaks, It makes me play a better game and concentrate more.
Live for the day you're in, tomorrow is just something that may happen

The problem with the pockets is not the size. Different tables may have the same size of the pocket but different pocket openings. Here is an exemple (Riley Renaissance, Wiraka M-1, Wik EBSA)

i practise now and again on a championship std table and the corner pockets are deffo a lot tighter than any other table ,and the bed is lightning quick,,and your right GOSHOW it does make you play better, unless you cue sweet the balls wont go in especially if playing with pace down the rails
