The only one from that list who goes mad cleaning is Williams.

If this was the case it would have been picked up far before now and certainly by the WPBSA. Personally I have never seen a kick from the cue ball after its been cleaned by a ref. It seems Steve prefering the two cusioned break off shot surely couldn't moan about it when he doesn't even get the ball back up the table and leaves it in the back of the pack.
