Highest and maximum break prize money

Can anyone win the highest or the maximum break prize with a break that started with a free ball?

I mean, what is considered higher for prize awarding purposes, a normal break of 140 or a 141 that started with a free ball?

What about a break of 155? Is it also considered a maximum break?

The highest break wins the highest break prize. If someone makes a maximum (147) and someone else makes 148, the 148 wins the highest break. If someone was to make a 147 with a free ball, he could potentially split the prize with a "normal" 147.

Only a 147 without a free ball, and a 155 win the maximum prize.
