    Round 305 - Payback time?

In the return match, this time a best-of-7 (first to win 4 frames is the winner), Quinten again potted most of the balls.

In fact, the smallest number of balls that Quinten potted in any frame was still more than the total number of balls that Gordon potted during the whole match!

There were no fouls, no re-racks and no ungentlemanly conduct.

What is the best match score outcome that Gordon could have achieved? (and explain why)

If he scored only 22, then Gordon wouldn't need snookers as there are still 22 points on the table after the final green has been potted. So it must be 23.

And yes, he is pretty clever.

    Indeed, abextra!

Remember, Deano82, that Quinten is a very strong gorilla - this means that he has tremendous cue power.

... and having checked these, snookersfun and Monique have both now sent correct answers (which are also already here on the thread, but spread over more than one post).

OK, "No" to this answer, I'm afraid, and similarly No to the answer received by PM from snookersfun this morning.

    But keep trying...
