Well done you too.

Technically the exact answer I was looking for was that Fred takes a yellow with the final red. Score 59-55

The referee in his infinite wisdom doesnt think to respot it and Fred naturally moves onto green, brown then blue making it 71-55 before missing the pink.


Billy then realises that the yellow should have been respotted so it comes back, he pots the yellow and then accidently pots the pink making it 71-63 with just the black remaining, game over.


(Technically Moniques score couldn't happen as Billy would not get the opportunity to pot the black in that situation. But I'm no DGE when it comes to details)

So in my wisdom I give 0.5 points to t.lavery55 for mentioning the colour respot and 0.5 points to Monique for explaining what haqppened and almost giving the score I was looking for.

Or does Fred pot yellow after the last red, then continue with green, brown and blue, without the ref noticing than one colour has been skipped. He then is at 71 for 55 to Billy with 13 on the table. So 71-68.
