    ... It was just hidden because I thought it would be unethical to spoil the question so quickly for others, having looked up the answers in your Almanac. Not unethical to complain and ask for the point though!

    Congratulations Alex0paul. The referee would also state "please nominate" if he was calling a touching ball, since with a free ball any ball could be legally hit. I said 'almost always' thinking only if it was touching a colour, but of course it would be 'always' – even if touching a red.
