What an insult! . It was from the almanac, but looked at the wrong column in the Williams year. (as my reading glasses slipped off!)

One of the correct answers is mentioned in one of these guesses; the other is not mentioned at all.

You mean you look these things up!!! I thought it was all done from a fantastic photographic memory. I never knew you were allowed to cheat and look at the answers. I thought it was just like a test at school when you spend all the 5 minutes before the lesson desperately trying to learn everything in one go.

Oh well, just a pity I haven't got many snooker books to CHEAT and look for the answers. I much prefer multiple choice questions as the first one is always C.

Well, I paid Statman a tenner for it, so have to use it (was the first time) once in a while. Its the only book I have (Crucible Almanac) so all the other questions are answered by memory. .

At least, I am being honest!!!!

I have a copy of this almanac it's not that great. What you really need is a list of crucible results in Excel!
