I hear on the grapevine that there's a lot of money going to the bookies on N. Stevenson to win the 2007 World Championship. Everyone's talking about him.

I think you should tell us, chasmmi, which are the correct ones?

(I'd guess maybe Greene and Roe.)

McVities must surely be McManus? Because McVities make biscuits, which go in the mouth and then out the anus? Oooh, naughty - who said that?

well, if there are only two right, why bother? Do DG and I overlap at least?
          Would you mind telling which?

anyway here is the story of my twisted mind:

Robert Louis Stevenson (Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hide) vs King Arthur (well, too obvious) Ronnie vs. M. King

Salad (color) vs Bryan Adams (looks alike... sometimes) Greene vs. N. Stevenson

Penicillin (moldy) vs Denzil Washington (skin color) S. Hendry vs. R. Mc Leod

Mcvities (contains ginger nuts) vs Caviar (obvious) S. Davis vs. D. Roe

wouldn't that be great, I love the guy (and not just because he looks like one of my brothers). But I have the feeling, that this year there is much more pressure on him, although he seems to handle that rather well.

Not sure whether it would be great. Does he actually exist?

That's even more rude than my McManus suggestion.

You would still be wrong but at least you are increasing the liklihood for success by guessing real players instead of imaginary. :P

                        • any players right, but in the wrong place?
like Greene could go into the Penicillin place (green mold)
and Hendry into the King Arthur slot (MBE)

                          • There is one person who has been guessed but in the wrong place.

I will even be extra nice and say it wasnt Greene or Hendry.

                            There.

                            But no more freebies.

                              • Robert Louis Stevenson (Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hide) vs King Arthur (knights) M. Holt vs. Mark Williams

Salad (new, fresh, greene) vs Bryan Adams (looks alike... sometimes) N. Robertson vs. John Higgins

Penicillin (moldy) vs Denzil Washington (speedy) J. White- Ronnie
