  • I've started BDE on the new bbc "boards" it hasn't been deleted, scoreboard and all.
You play a long slow deadweight red to a corner pocket. As it approaches the pocket, a kamikaze woodlouse crawls out from under the cushion and makes its way across the table, conflicting with the path of the red precisely at the point the red gets there. The red, needless to say, veers off course, and the future of the woodlouse is uncertain. - The Statman

    • Mitsuko, but how do you see it going? The format is just not suiting for a blog!

                          • I looked on JV's website in an attempt to find at least one of the answers, but no luck. It does look quite entertaining though.

It says "Ronnie, Jimmy and myself regularly appear in Exhibition matches. Dates and venues are posted on the site. It's a good opportunity to see the 'Rocket' and the 'Whirlwind' in action." I take it that it's not a good opportunity to see JV himself in action?

It also mentions performances against a "Terry Griffith", a "Steve Davies" and a "Denis Taylor"
"If anybody can knock these three balls in, this man can."
David Taylor, 11 January 1982, as Steve Davis prepared to pot the blue, in making the first 147 break on television.
