I make that 9 out of twelve but if you can give me the reason to suggest 7 and 8 are correct then it will be 11 out of 12 and seeing the lack of interest in the question enough for the point.
First I’d like to make it 9 who won the event and 7 who were runner-up …
Winners:
John Rea - 1989 Scottish Professional Championship
Stephen Hendry - 1992 Matchroom League
Stephen Hendry - 1995 World Championship
Stephen Hendry - 1995 UK Championship
Stephen Hendry - 1997 Liverpool Victoria Charity Challenge
John Higgins - 2000 Irish Masters
Ronnie O’Sullivan - 2000 Regal Scottish Open
Stephen Hendry - 2001 Malta Grand Prix
Stuart Bingham - 2005 B & H Championship (I wasn’t sure whether this one counts as a win as it’s a qualifying event but I counted it in as you say that he won the event)
Runner-Ups:
Steve Davis – 1982 Lada Classic
Cliff Thorburn – 1983 World Championship
James Wattana – 1992 British Open
Jimmy White – 1992 World Championship
John Higgins – 2003 LG Cup
David Gray – 2004 UK Championship
Jamie Cope – 2006 Grand Prix

I think I've might have the right answer for the other question I had wrong.
4) What is the Shortest Period of time without one in the last twenty years?
(according to the data I've found John Higgins An dStephen Maguire both made a 147 on March 24th 2000.)
so that would be 0 days

I am on here at the wrong times for interacitve quizzing so i have to post questions which take a while to complete so i can comew back one a day or so,
(A reminder that there are no tied positions in this quiz – you move to the top of your new score.)
ROUND ONE HUNDRED AND FIVE
I had a really good one but I've forgotten it!
Unless someone steps in as questionmaster in the interim, I will ask it when I remember it!
was it about venues? I could swear i got an email announcing you giving a venue question but its not here so i am scared i am imagining quiz questions.
You play a long slow deadweight red to a corner pocket. As it approaches the pocket, a kamikaze woodlouse crawls out from under the cushion and makes its way across the table, conflicting with the path of the red precisely at the point the red gets there. The red, needless to say, veers off course, and the future of the woodlouse is uncertain. - The Statman
1- Plymouth Pavillions
2- The Waterfront hall
3- Crucible
4- Cardiff international arena
5- Thistle Hotel, Glasgow??
6- Wembley
7- The Newport centre
8- Bournmouth international conference center
9- The Guild Hall
10- Telewest Arena

A good effort, but I can confirm that this is NOT a fully correct answer.
Can anyone else (or you, of course) correct this answer?
